Yan Wang

Yan Wang completed her bachelor degree of materials science and engineering at Tongji University, China. Her undergraduate project involved organic field effect transistor based chemical sensors and photodetectors.

Her DPhil project focuses on developing new characterisation and simulation technique for tandems solar cells to overcome the efficiency limit of conventional single junction solar cells. She is going to work on characterisation of perovskite-silicon devices, electrical and optical characterisation, computer modelling, and optimization.
