James McQueen

James is pursuing a DPhil in Materials, with a focus on interface modelling and passivation in perovskite solar cells. Previously, he completed his undergraduate MEng Materials Science course at the University of Oxford, with a Part II project focusing on device simulations of perovskite-on-silicon tandem solar cells. Whilst this research focused on overall device efficiency, his DPhil will be more targeted at the effects of interface properties on surface passivation and degradation processes.
